About the IEVEL IcePulse Device
What is IPL hair removal?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a technology that targets hair follicles with light energy, gradually reducing hair regrowth over time. With consistent use, customers typically experience a visible reduction in hair density within 8 to 12 weeks. Individual results may vary.
Is the IEVEL IcePulse device safe for home use?
Yes. The IEVEL IcePulse features built-in skin tone sensors and adjustable energy levels to help ensure safe, personalised sessions at home. Please read the included user manual before use.
Which areas can I treat?
Legs, arms, underarms, bikini line, and the face below the cheekbones. Not suitable for eyebrows, eyelids, or scalp.
How many sessions do I need?
Most users notice visible results after 3 to 4 sessions. Use every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then monthly for maintenance. Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining results.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Contact us at support@ievel.com to initiate a return.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All IEVEL IcePulse devices include a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
