Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your IEVEL purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Item must include all original accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, used personal care devices cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@ievel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorisation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us immediately at support@ievel.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent, in which case IEVEL will cover the return shipping.
