Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. IEVEL is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product and we will arrange a resolution.
